Invego has started the second phase of “Vītolu Parks”, one of Riga’s most ambitious new residential developments with a total investment of 75 million euros. The newly launched stage includes two seven‑storey residential buildings offering 90 modern, A‑class energy‑efficient apartments, marking another significant step in the creation of this next‑generation urban district in Sarkandaugava. Apartments in this stage are available starting from 122 900 euros.
Kristjan‑Thor Vähi, CEO of Invego, says the start of the new stage reflects to a strong demand for high‑quality housing in Riga: “Interest in “Vītolu Parks” has exceeded our expectations and the homes of the majority of first stage homes have been almost sold out even weeks before buildings are reaching their final height this April. As a proof of the strong concept and a high quality we are creating, the architect of Vītolu Parks has chosen to purchase his own new home there as well.”
Located between Mežaparks and Skanste, “Vītolu Parks” is designed as a green, people‑focused neighborhood featuring contemporary architecture, sustainable solutions, and thoughtfully planned outdoor spaces. “First homes will be ready for residents in 2026. With this new stage, we continue building a modern, nature‑rich neighborhood where residents can enjoy comfort, quality, and a truly balanced urban lifestyle,” promises Kristjan‑Thor Vähi.
The architectural concept is created by “RUUME arhitekti”, who emphasize a human‑centered and future‑oriented approach to design.
Each building features homes with floor‑to‑ceiling big windows and spacious balconies or terraces. Ground‑floor apartments come with private gardens, while the district’s landscape includes multiple green courtyards, children’s playgrounds, pedestrian and bicycle paths, and dedicated sports and leisure areas. By placing most parking underground, the project maximizes open space for residents’ daily use and enjoyment.
Altogether, the large‑scale development will consist of eight seven‑storey buildings with 360 modern apartments. The project’s strategic location, sustainable design, and long‑term development vision continue to attract both homebuyers and investors seeking modern living close to nature and the city center.
Apartments in the new stage are now available for reservation.
