Real estate developer Invego sold a total of 118 new homes in the first half of the year, 40% more than in the same period last year, according to the consolidated unaudited interim report for the first half of 2026 published by Invego Group OÜ. Invego’s new home sales across all projects developed under the Invego brand totalled EUR 20.5 million.
In total, Invego sold 75 new homes in Latvia (35 a year earlier) and 43 in Estonia (49 a year earlier) in the first half of the year. “Our entire team has done truly excellent work, and although the growth is impressive, I see significantly greater potential both within our team and in both of our home markets, Estonia and Latvia,” says Invego CEO Kristjan-Thor Vähi, who notes that the Group currently has a total of 13 large-scale residential real estate projects under development and on sale in Estonia, Latvia and Portugal.
“For the past two years, we have clearly stated everywhere that we expect noticeable growth precisely in Riga, the capital of Latvia, and its immediate surroundings, and our sales figures vividly confirm this. It is therefore entirely logical that our focus in bringing new projects to market is now firmly on Latvia,” emphasises Vähi. In residential real estate, Invego launched three entirely new developments in the first half of the year — the Verve district in Viimsi, Estonia, consisting solely of terraced houses, and the development and sale of the new Torņakalna Terases and Nordale districts in Riga, the capital of Latvia. During the same period, the development of the Uus-Järveküla district in Estonia and the Parka Kvartāls district in Latvia was completed.
In commercial real estate, the Invego-developed office building at Telliskivi 51a in Tallinn was completed in the first half of the year; it is 100% occupied by tenants, and Invego’s head office also relocated there during the first half.
In the first half of the year, the Group also raised capital through a public bond offering, which was five times oversubscribed by Baltic investors. The bonds of Invego Group OÜ (ISIN: EE0000003655), the parent company of the real estate group, and the bonds of Invego Latvia OÜ (ISIN: EE0000000933), a company belonging to the Group, are listed on the Nasdaq Baltic First North Bond List.
As at 30 June 2026, the total assets of Invego Group OÜ were EUR 195 million, equity EUR 52 million and the equity ratio 27%. Consolidated sales revenue for the half-year was EUR 13.8 million, EBITDA EUR 4 million and net profit EUR 2.5 million. Invego’s new home sales amounted to EUR 20.5 million in the first half of the year. This figure represents the value of sales contracts (either preliminary or final sales contracts) for new homes sold under the Invego brand and includes all projects developed under the Invego brand, including projects outside the Invego Group OÜ consolidation group and associates whose financial information is not consolidated on a line-by-line basis under IFRS. Consequently, the full sales value presented is not reflected in Invego Group OÜ’s consolidated revenue.
