According to the audited consolidated annual report for the financial year ended 31.12.2025, published today by Invego Group OÜ, a total of 183 new homes were sold under the Invego brand last year, generating a total of EUR 48 million in sales revenue.
The total assets of Invego Group OÜ at the end of the year were EUR 184 million, equity EUR 49 million and the equity ratio 27%. Consolidated sales revenue for the financial year was EUR 18 million, EBITDA EUR 15 million and net profit EUR 10 million, more than twice the EUR 4.7 million of the previous year. The total sales revenue of all projects developed under the Invego brand was EUR 48 million, but it also includes projects that are not part of the Invego Group OÜ group, or associates whose data is not consolidated on a line-by-line basis in accordance with IFRS.
In 2025, Invego sold a total of 183 new homes, which is 55% more than in 2024. In Estonia, Invego completed the development of the 500-home Tiskreoja residential development in 2025, continued the development of Uus-Järveküla, Luccaranna and Keila Pargikodud, and prepared the launch of the Verve residential development in the first quarter of 2026. In Latvia, Invego continued the development of the Parka Kvartals, Vide Adaži, Vitolu Parks, Marupes Sirds, Skanstes Rezidences and Miera Rezidences projects, and prepared the launch of Tornakalna Terases and Nordale in the first quarter of 2026.
In the 2025 financial year, Invego completed its largest commercial real estate development to date, Krulli Park. The anchor tenant of the commercial quarter located in Northern Tallinn is Wise, a leading European financial technology company. The development comprises 36,000 m² of gross leasable area, and rental income in 2025 exceeded EUR 5.5 million. The development project has received numerous prestigious awards and nominations. It has been awarded “Real Estate Achievement of the Year 2025” and the Estonian Landscape Architects’ Union Annual Award, nominated for the Estonian Association of Interior Architects’ Annual Award, the Cultural Endowment Annual Award and “Development Project of the Year”, as well as received recognition from the City of Tallinn for a thoughtfully renovated building enriching historic legacy, along with a number of other recognitions.
