In March, Baltic investors oversubscribed Invego Group O\u00dc\u2019s bond issue fivefold, and as of this week, the bonds are freely tradable on the Nasdaq Baltic First North bond list.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cFor Invego, this is a landmark moment. We are very pleased with the record-breaking results of the bond offering and sincerely grateful to every investor. At the same time, it is hard to imagine a greater compliment to our work than the dozens of Invego homeowners who also decided to invest in our bonds,\u201d said Invego CEO Kristjan-Thor V\u00e4hi, adding that as a token of appreciation, the company fulfilled the subscription requests of customers, employees, and its own investors in full.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLess than a year after their first listing, Invego has demonstrated that consistent performance resonates strongly with investors. The demand for their latest bond issue shows that investors recognize both Invego\u2019s ambition and their ability to deliver on it. We\u2019re pleased to see them continue their growth journey on First North,\u201d said Kaarel Ots, CEO of Nasdaq Tallinn and Head of Nasdaq Baltic Stock Exchanges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The total volume of Invego Group\u2019s group-wide bond issue is \u20ac8 million. The nominal value of one bond is \u20ac1,000, with an annual interest rate of 9.5%, paid quarterly. The redemption date for the bonds is March 26, 2030.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The listing of the bonds followed Invego\u2019s recent public bond offering conducted across the Baltic states, during which bonds worth a total of 19.85 million euros were subscribed, exceeding the base volume of the offer nearly five times. A total of 1,934 investors from all three Baltic countries participated in the public offering, with an average subscription amount of \u20ac10,260 per investor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cFivefold oversubscription confirms that Baltic investors believe we are moving in the right direction and doing so successfully. The capital raised gives us new momentum to carry out all our current and future projects,\u201d said V\u00e4hi, noting that this year alone Invego has launched three new residential developments: Verve in Estonia, and Nordale and Tornakalna Terases in Latvia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Invego Group is a next-generation real estate developer operating in three countries, specializing in large-scale residential areas and commercial districts with comprehensive concepts that shape the cities of the future. With more than 10 years of operating history, the group includes over 60 companies in Estonia, Latvia, and Portugal, with 30 development projects currently underway. In total, Invego has developed over 150,000 m\u00b2 of residential real estate, 1,500 homes, and 50,000 m\u00b2 of commercial space, with more than 500,000 m\u00b2 of residential and commercial development projects still in progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Tallinn and its surrounding areas, Invego has built new homes for more than a thousand families in recent years. Its largest completed developments include Vana-Peetri, Tiskreoja, and Tabasalu Kodu, while ongoing projects include Luccaranna, Uus-J\u00e4rvek\u00fcla, Keila Pargikodud, and Verve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Latvia\u2019s capital, Invego is developing residential areas such as Nordale, Tornakalna Terases, and Vitolu Parks, as well as Parka Kvartals, Skanstes Rezidences, and Miera Rezidences in partnership with Retera. Near Riga, Invego is also developing the large-scale Marupes Sirds residential area and the townhouse-only Vide Ada\u017ei development.
