The topping\u2011out ceremony marks a significant milestone in the development of the \u20ac75 million project that is set to transform the area into a modern, green and people\u2011focused neighborhood.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project is developed by real estate developer Invego, with construction works carried out by \u201cPillar Contractor\u201d. The first apartments are scheduled for completion in 2026, and reservations are now open for an additional 90 modern homes in the newly launched second stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Construction partner \u201cPillar Contractor\u201d highlights that the project is progressing according to plan. \u201cReaching the highest point of a building is always symbolic for a construction team. It means that a significant portion of the work has already been completed, while an important phase of construction still lies ahead. It is a pleasure to be involved in the construction of this project, and we thank for the opportunity given to us,&#8221; says J\u0101nis L\u0101\u010daunieks, Chairman of the Board of Pillar Contractor, SIA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Architect Oskars V\u0101vere from \u201cRUUME arhitekti\u201d explains that from the very start the architecture and the outdoor spaces were treated as one unified whole: \u201cThe apartments are bright, well-planned and modern, but the courtyards, pathways and green zones are just as important &#8211; they offer welcoming space to relax, meet neighbors and enjoy daily life outdoors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deputy Chairman of Riga City Council for Urban Development and Riga Metropolis M\u0101ris Sprind\u017euks notes: \u201cRiga has many territories with valuable industrial heritage, and giving them a new function is essential for long\u2011term urban development. V\u012btolu Parks shows how well\u2011located areas with existing roads, utilities and nearby educational institutions can be transformed into modern, high\u2011quality residential environments.
