Located in Me\u017eciems next to Riga Film Studio, the new venue has been created to begin shaping the neighbourhood\u2019s social life, identity and community even before the first homes are completed.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The concept of Nordale Pagalms draws inspiration from Copenhagen\u2019s urban environment and its lively pop-up courtyards, which encourage spontaneous encounters, creativity and a slower rhythm of everyday life surrounded by nature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nordale Pagalms is located in Me\u017eciems, next to the historic Riga Film Studio site and Bi\u0137ernieki Forest. Throughout the year, the courtyard will host a diverse range of pop-up events and collaborative projects, with its programme gradually expanding to include cultural, lifestyle, entertainment and community events. The venue will also be suitable for team meetings, after-work gatherings, children\u2019s birthday celebrations and relaxed leisure time beneath the courtyard\u2019s apple trees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWhen developing a new neighbourhood, it is not enough to build high-quality homes and infrastructure. From the very beginning, it is equally important to create places where people can meet, share experiences and gradually develop a sense of belonging to the neighbourhood. This is precisely why we are opening Nordale Pagalms even before the first homes are completed.
