Construction has officially begun on the first phase of\u00a0M\u0101rupes\u00a0Sirds<\/a>, following the \u20ac11 million contract for the first construction phase already signed with EKOTEH B\u016aVE.\u202f\u202fThis marks\u00a0a significant step forward in the development of one of the most ambitious new residential districts near Riga that will eventually grow into more than 400 homes modern,\u00a0sustainable\u00a0and\u00a0family<\/strong>\u2011oriented\u00a0neighborhood.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first phase of M\u0101rupes Sirds includes two residential buildings with 50 apartments, 15 row houses, a recreational area and a new internal quarter road. Construction works are carried out by SIA \u201cEKOTEH B\u016aVE\u201d, a Latvian general contractor known for delivering high\u2011quality residential, commercial and public buildings across the country. The company provides full\u2011cycle construction services and places strong emphasis on energy efficiency, durability and precise execution. The first phase is scheduled to be completed next year, creating the initial core of a district that will gradually expand into a fully integrated residential environment with green areas, sports and leisure zones, playgrounds, walking paths and essential community infrastructure. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

M\u0101rupes Sirds is designed by architect Uldis B\u0113rzi\u0146\u0161 and the TECTUM team as an A\u2011class energy\u2011efficient residential district combining warm contemporary architecture with spacious balconies, terraces, private gardens and thoughtfully planned outdoor spaces. As construction progresses, the district will grow into one of the most notable new residential areas near Riga, offering a wide range of homes and a comfortable living environment for families of different sizes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
