Step 1 – Reserve your house<\/p>\n

Once you have made your decision about purchasing an apartment, you will have to make a reservation and pay a reservation fee of EUR 2,500. You can make reservation online or with sales representative. The reservation period will last 30 days, and the fee will be refunded if preliminary agreement not signed within that period.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Step 2 – Signing a preliminary agreement<\/p>\n
