Invego has officially launched sales of the large-scale residential project “Mārupes Sirds” where around 400 homes will be created. First development phase will be completed in the first half of 2027 and includes 15 row houses and 50 apartments, with prices starting from EUR 119,900.

The “Mārupes Sirds” project, located on a 12-hectare site, is one of the most ambitious residential developments near Riga, with a total investment exceeding 50 million euros. The neighborhood was designed by renowned architect Uldis Bērziņš from architect bureau “TECTUM”, creating a cohesive architectural style and a welcoming atmosphere that feels like home. The cooperation with “TECTUM” successfully continues after the previous outstanding experience with “Parka Kvartāls”, once again ensuring quality and timeless design.
